The woman that cuts my hair nearly broke down telling me there’s no customers. I was only the third that day instead of an always busy salon. She said she’d be out of business soon if it keeps up. A month, 2 @ the most. A restaurant by our house was so slow putting up our order they apologized, saying most of their staff isn’t there because of “frozen water.” Kids I teach drums to at an after school mentoring program stopped coming and in some cases, going to school.

week that the deployment of troops to cities are “practice
exercises for something more sinister to come”, and that the
president’s focus on targeting his perceived domestic enemies is
“narcissistic vengeance at its core.”

Like prosecuting your rivals. Former head of the FBI James Comey was indicted. The very guy who helped swing Trump’s 1st election by stating Hillary (and not Trump as well) was under investigation. Cobb went on: “This is really authoritarianism and should scare everybody.”
The Justice Department already concluded there was insufficient evidence to prosecute, and is only now targeted because he was an enemy of the president.
Experts believe that the case could be tossed if Comey’s attorneys argue he’s being vindictively prosecuted. Something undeniably happening here.
Former federal judge Shira Scheindlin told CNN: “It’s clearly vindictive. It’s clearly his enemies list… He’s made it so obvious that he’s targeting them, regardless of the evidence, that I do think a judge would be far more receptive to probably both concepts, selective prosecution and vindictive,”

“What else do you need? It’s a great test case to kind of examine
the contours of a true vindictive prosecution claim – you know, ‘I
got indicted because the president United States doesn’t like me
and wanted me to be indicted.’”
